Willow Creek is a Lennar community in Watkinsville, in Oconee County, with homes of roughly 2,250 to 3,200 square feet, a clubhouse, pool and tennis courts. Downtown Athens and the University of Georgia are about 15 minutes away, and the public schools are part of the Oconee County School District.

The buyers bought this brand-new home to live in. It came with a white kitchen with a quartz island, an open family room with a fireplace, a primary suite with a frameless glass shower, and a covered deck over a big backyard. With new construction, I review the builder's contract, track the build schedule and make sure the final walk-through list gets done before closing.
